Thereafter the legal Contract  exists between the site and the member . this is completely an electronic contact which is  as similar as  that of contract under Indian contract Act, 1872 after Accepting voluntarily by the member .

The Contract existing between the member and the Bureau is as that of electronic contract  which binds both parties .

Age of the parties must be verified by way of any of the age proof document like (SSLC Mark card , Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, etc .for Male-21 years and Female -18 years is Mandatory.
Divorce   
Specifically mentioned (Enclose and order copy) Voluntarily by giving free consent and not barred by any competent  court of law
